All the clicks & sales from that individual banner can be viewed in your 'statistics' screen. There's no limit to the amount of banners you wish to track.
The secret to earning high commissions is to know which banners are making you money (and to place more of them in similar areas) and which ones aren't (so you can remove them and try different ones)
